passionate and experienced early childhood professional with a
background in licensed child care or preschool programs to join our

Ensure that the physical center environment adheres to health and
safety standard operating procedures, maintaining full compliance
with local and state licensing regulations. Build and maintain a
highly qualified staff by actively sourcing, training, coaching,
and engaging with current and prospective employees. Guide our
teachers in implementing our proprietary curriculum, leveraging
your passion for learning. Take advantage of our engaging
characters to drive the curriculum, creating a fun and enriching
learning experience at TLE. Support enrollment and family
engagement by promoting retention, delivering exceptional service,
and ensuring smooth daily operations. Lead in-person center tours
and participate in local outreach to showcase our programs and grow

leadership or management experience in a licensed child care center
(highly preferred), or at least one year of child care center
leadership experience (required). Possess the required
state-specific Child Care Director or Administrative credential and
meet all applicable state regulations for child care center
leadership. Hold a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education
(ECE), Child Development, or a closely related field (highly
preferred). Demonstrate a thorough understanding of child care
licensing standards, health and safety regulations, and compliance
