Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed for a travel assignment
in Houston, TX, providing essential therapy services in a school
setting. This opportunity involves working with students within one
school under the assigned district, focusing on delivering speech
and language support to school-aged children. Position Details: -
Location: Houston, TX (Travel assignment) - Duration: Immediate
start through May 22, 2026 - Hours: 7.5 hours per day, Monday
through Friday, totaling 37.5 hours per week - Caseload: Serving
students within one school - Discipline: Speech-Language
Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) Key
Qualifications: - Valid SLP licensure is required - Experience
working with school-aged children in educational settings - Ability
to conduct speech and language evaluations, develop individualized
plans, and provide therapy services - Background check and
fingerprint clearance with the school district are mandatory -
Strong communication and collaboration skills for working within
the school environment Responsibilities: - Assess and diagnose
speech, language, and communication disorders in students - Develop
and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to
student needs - Work collaboratively with educators, parents, and
other professionals to support student progress - Maintain accurate
documentation and comply with district policies and standards This
