Job Description:

We are seeking a talented team player to join our Voice Services team. As a Voice Engineer, you will help design, build, test, release and manage Voice & Video network solutions to meet business, service and lifecycle requirements. This key role demands a highly motivated individual with a solid Voice & Video engineering background. You are self-starter with a can-do attitude, thorough, and possess excellent communication skills.You will work in a multi-talented and diverse team across geographical locations, as part of a fast-paced and challenging environment. Previous Voice & Video network experience is required, with a preference for those who've worked in global firms.Technologies covered by this team include Cisco (Call Manager, SME Clusters, and Expressways), voice recording, gateways, dealer voice (Cloud9 and IPTrade), and video end points/conferencing. Exposure to programming scripting languages is beneficial but not required.As a Voice Engineer, you will:

  • perform proactive platform systems management
  • design and implement solutions to meet service and business requirements
  • provide first-class system support from initial contact to closure
  • resolve operational issues, including working with product vendors
  • perform ongoing upgrading and maintenance of associated platforms
  • identify and resolve poorly performing system issues, using agreed troubleshooting tools and processes.
