In this role, you will be responsible for helping to define, drive, and deliver major components of TechnipFMC's Zero Trust security strategy including integration with Identity and Access Management (IAM), Endpoint Security, Policy Engine and Trust Engine. You will work with the enterprise and architecture department on complex transformation of security paradigm to reduce risk to TechnipFMC. Knowledge and experience with information security Authorization and Authentication systems, infrastructure and implementation techniques is a key component to thisrole.
In this role, you will partner with Information and Digital Services (IDS) leaders to assist with defining the strategy and roadmaps for access control technology products, service standards, andgovernance routines. You will be partnering with leadership across the organization to evaluatesolutions and service alternatives that improve the firm's defenses against external and internalthreats.
Job description

  • Responsible for Cloud and Access Controls Engineering: successfully design and keep relevant a complex Privilidge, Trust, and Access Management environment including Cloud Services and relying on IAM systems, application components for access (Multi Factor solutions, Federation solutions, Privileged Access Management, Single Sign-On, Cloud access solutions, etc).
  • Drive the Vision and Strategy of cloud and federation services with the Enterprise Architecture, Digital, application development teams, and and Information and Digital Services teams.
  • Collaborate and work closely with Directory Services lead over the global IAM strategy and road map.
  • Awareness, Training and Other Communications
  • Fosters an understanding of the need for and application of the IAM system, and facilitates decisions with the business users
  • Builds and nurtures positive working relationships with business units
  • Identifies opportunities to improve access controls that foster operations
  • Oversee engineering of the access control and trust function, ensuring prompt, efficient, and accurate resolution of identity and access matters.
  • Manage and coordinate the diagnosis, testing, identification and remediation of identity and access defects/malfunctions/disruptions/problems in collaboration with other technology and security teams
  • Continuously seek to improve the time, cost and risk associated access
  • Design, develop, configure test, and maintain Access Control interconnection services to include connector and integration technologies.
  • Develop and maintain current and future state Access control documentation and standards.
  • Participate in provisioning and recertification-related business process and workflow design/redesign efforts.
  • Guide and execute on a multi-year roadmap for Access Control that improves service, speed, cost, and security while meeting business resiliency requirements
  • Successfully propose, design, manage with best practice frameworks and cloud security strategies including, securing and authentication in virtual private clouds, secure client and customer access solutions
  • Implement the identity management roadmap and strategies and enterprise solution delivery for access. (Authentication, Provisioning/Deprovisioning, Role Management, Session Management, , Privileged Account Management, Access Governance, Single Sign On, Adaptive Authentication, Analytics and etc---).
  • Work with application teams and subject matter experts across the business to identify and document IAM-related business needs, and Provide guidance on integrating the identity management authentication and authorization framework into application configurations, including access needs and access profiles
  • Develop cybersecurity technology implementation plans
  • Report to the Technology Assurance on objectives and operational run metrics, key performance indicators, and outcomes by providing reporting dashboards that align with service delivery guidelines.
  • Work with security, risk and audit teams to ensure that Role Based Access Controls are implemented and operating effectively to the levels of SOX, GDPR, and other regulatory standards.
  • Interact with vendors to implement technical solutions through an implementation plan
  • Working with project management, support processes and best practices desired.
  • Give effective mentoring and guidance to other team members.
  • Additional responsibilities include serving as a member of the Enterprise Cybersecurity team and providing global incident response support as a member of the Cybersecurity Incident Response Team.
    You are meant for this job if:
    • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related discipline
    • Security Certifications or willing to obtain Information Security and or IAM specific certifications (CISSP, CAMS, CIAM, Microsoft, AWS and etc..)
    • 7+ years in information technology, including 3 years of enterprise datacenter or cybersecurity, an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the job.
    • Strong technical background in Directory Services and scripting languages.
    • Strong understanding of data integration process and techniques as well as IAM integration technologies (API, CSV, RPA, etc.) and coding languages (KQL, .NET, SQL, Java, etc.).
    • Proven experience with cloud identity tools.
    • Ability to understand and work with Federated Identify, SSO, MFA security and infrastructures.
    • Ability to design, develop and deploy IAM solutions (on-premise and cloud)
    • Ability to effectively break down, prioritize and manage multiple competing tasks independently.
    • Fundamental understanding of IT security technologies, solutions, network communication protocols to the level of identity management dependencies
    • Understanding of cyber threats, vulnerabilities, and exploits in specific identity and access management and solutions to mitigate the risks
    • Knowledge of information systems security frameworks and standards (ISO 27001, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, etc)
    • Advanced oral and written communication skills.
