Positions in this function design, engineer, and manage the organization's infrastructure and operational platforms. From a cloud services model, this includes services commonly thought of as IaaS and PaaS and their underlying foundational components. Additionally, this function also has responsibility for traditional enterprise infrastructure and operational platforms such as email, file transfer, and collaboration technologies, among others. This role must understand functional and non-functional requirements to ensure they can be achieved through system design and engineering to meet the needs of the customers. Work closely with business and technology stakeholders to develop roadmaps for their respective technology portfolios, resolve cross-system and domain dependencies, ensure effective integration among the services offered to the end customer, and efficient usage of infrastructure and operational platforms. Monitor technological advancements and industry trends to influence company standards and ensure that solutions are continuously improved and maintained through product management practices, including recommendations to invest in a solution or retirement of redundant or out-of-date systems. Understand the interactions between systems, the applications and services hosted, and evaluate the impact of changes and additions. Perform analysis on existing systems to ensure performance and reliability, enhance scalability, meet security requirements, and interoperable and maintainable technology portfolio.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop the solution for workplace technology for addressing our customer business challenges by establishing the framework to drive the value outcome and result
  • Partner and collaborate with various technology group to implement workplace strategy and technology transformation for the customer
  • Act as capability owner for workplace area to define and shape up the new offerings and enhance the existing offerings
  • Continue to participate and contribute to create solutions for new deal for workplace offerings and bridge between the pursuit team and our customers by sharing creative insight on the latest workplace solutions and technology to address the business challenges and requirements
  • Review and assess the existing operational challenges and define the roadmap for automation and improvements to drive the engagement and experience of workplace services

    Required Qualifications:
    • 7+ years of experience in EUC or workplace technology with focus of capability management and deliver of the services
    • Proven experience in implementing and administrating the M365 technology stack
    • Experience with various deployment strategies - Cloud, On-Premises and Hybrid and with migration strategies
    • Experience in one or more of the following technologies
      • Azure Active Directory
      • Microsoft Power Platform (PowerAutomate, PowerApps, PowerBI)
      • Microsoft 365 Information Protection and Governance (Azure Information Protection, Security Center)
      • WorkspaceOne
      • Cisco WebEx and WebEx Teams
      • Expert in two or more of the following technologies with attitude to develop the expertise other technology
        • Microsoft 365 Productivity and Collaboration (Office 365 suite: Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams)
        • Microsoft 365 Identity and Threat Protection (Enterprise Mobility + Security)
        • Microsoft 365 Device and Apps Management (Windows OS) / Intune
        • Azure Virtual desktop, Windows 365 Cloud PC
          Preferred Qualification:
          • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience

              Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, or New York City Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $97,300 to $176,900. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $97,300 to $176,900. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
