The Role
Mission
Manage customer orders to achieve client satisfaction in terms of
delivery, documentation and technical requirements.
Roles and Responsibilities
Contract Management - Manage orders, achieving client satisfaction
in terms of delivery, documentation, and technical requirements.
Provide customer service by anticipating and responding to customer
queries as needed. Manage and motivate all resources allocated to
the project, therefore enabling a successful completion. Your
mission will also include raising internal sales orders and to
operate SAP Procedures for the release of equipment from our global
corporate office in Antwerp, Belgium and in the USA.
Responsible for raising purchase orders with sub-suppliers. Check
and authorize invoices. Co-ordinate and expedite materials,
documents, inspections, delivery etc. Coordinate customer's
expeditors and any external inspectors, including any necessary
documentation. Provide Production Schedules when required.
Facilitate order amendments. Keeping open lines of communication by
attending progress meetings. Generate special payment invoices and
prepare manuals (operations and maintenance) as necessary.
Co-ordinate, and attend (if required and possible), witness
testing. Prepare monthly reports detailing status and issues of all
current orders being handled. Monitor order costs and keep
Management aware of any potential liabilities
Customer Technical Support - Provide support pertaining to delivery
of equipment, drawings & document submittals. This may be achieved
in some cases by getting the Atlas Copco Engineering involved as
well as any outside vendor engineering that is involved with an
order.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Supervisory Responsibility
None
Experience
2-3 years of experience in Project / Contracts Management is a
plus.
Education
High School diploma required with two or four-year technical or
engineering degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
Skills
Must be an independent, self-starter, with excellent
organizational, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication,
analytical, and problem-solving skills. Must be proficient in
Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as
in IBM Lotus Notes applications and Outlook. Knowledge of SAP is a
plus. Must display the ability to learn other programs quickly.
