    Position Summary

    What you will do

    This is a paid Summer Internship Program (early June to early August). As an intern with our MPH (Manufactured Products Houston) Engineering group, you will a ssist with providing engineering development and support on small to medium-sized projects and/or individual components of larger more complex projects.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    Your job responsibilities and projects will be based upon your experience and educational background to provide real life application of your classroom knowledge. You will work closely with a mentor to ensure your developmental goals are met and that you meet your performance expectations.

    Qualifications

    REQUIRED
    • Rising 3rd or 4th year undergraduate student at an accredited University, pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics.
    • Minimum 3.0 GPA.
    • Experience with Microsoft Office.
    • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now and in the future.
    • No relocation or housing assistance is being offered.
      DESIRED
      • Exposure to physical tools and programming whether as part of coursework or as a hobby.
      • Academic excellence and community involvement.
      • Familiarity with the application of current 3D engineering modeling software (i.e., Solidworks, Unigraphics, etc.).
      • Ability to read and interpret hydraulic schematics and drawings.
        Additional Information

        This position is Hybrid - Remote and will require commuting to a designated office. Hybrid work schedules are determined by the hiring manager based on business need.
