Roles & Responsibilities:
Remote condition monitoring of assets including pumps, control
valves, mechanical seals etc.
Troubleshooting and analysis of any identified issues to identify
root cause and suggest potential solutions.
Acts as primary contact for end customers, actively communicating
noted issues and coordinating with them for resolution.
Perform initial site baselining and setup in coordination with
internal and external stakeholders.
Active coordination with other internal teams as required,
including - IoT Engineering team, Sales and Business Development,
After Market Services, etc. to ensure excellent end customer
experience.
Required Skills (Technical Competency):
Fair understanding of fluid control equipment including pumps,
compressors, vacuum pumps, control valves and mechanical seals.
Excellent communication skills and ability to act as primary
contact for end customers, as well as manage and work with internal
departments.
Knowledge of Spanish or Portuguese language is preferred.
Desired Skills:
Prior experience in oil & gas, chemicals, water treatment or
similar process industries is preferred.
Certification in Vibration Analysis Cat-1 or above will be an added
bonus.
