Roles & Responsibilities:

• 
  
• 
  Remote condition monitoring of assets including pumps, control valves, mechanical seals etc.
  
  
• 
  Troubleshooting and analysis of any identified issues to identify root cause and suggest potential solutions.
  
  
• 
  Acts as primary contact for end customers, actively communicating noted issues and coordinating with them for resolution.
  
  
• 
  Perform initial site baselining and setup in coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
  
  
• 
  Active coordination with other internal teams as required, including - IoT Engineering team, Sales and Business Development, After Market Services, etc. to ensure excellent end customer experience.
  
  
  Required Skills (Technical Competency):
  
  • 
    
  • 
    Fair understanding of fluid control equipment including pumps, compressors, vacuum pumps, control valves and mechanical seals.
    
    
  • 
    Excellent communication skills and ability to act as primary contact for end customers, as well as manage and work with internal departments.
    
    
  • 
    Knowledge of Spanish or Portuguese language is preferred.
    
    
    Desired Skills:
    
    • 
      
    • 
      Prior experience in oil & gas, chemicals, water treatment or similar process industries is preferred.
      
      
    • 
      Certification in Vibration Analysis Cat-1 or above will be an added bonus.
