We cover all your needs from conceptual design to commissioning of facilities and everything in betwee.Why join us?--- Stable Employment.--- Flexible working hours or remote working status.--- Competitive Salary.--- Health Insurance, including Dental and Vision.--- Paid Vacation TimeJob DetailsDuties and Responsibilities--- Be a safety role model; maintain safety awareness and zero accidents and injuries in all work performed. --- Manage the relationship with colleagues to be a good team player and a task leader and discipline manager.--- Contribute to high standard products, client satisfaction and company profit goals.--- Work compliance with project requirements and specifications in the electrical discipline on all projects.--- Work on multiple projects in parallel toward on-time and on-budget based deliverables.--- Take full responsibility for managing and implementing design of electrical and electronic working scopes.--- Provide accurate and timely reporting to project managers for outstanding problems or conflicts.--- Coordinate effectively with teams and project managers, aligned with other colleagues to work as a united team. --- Responsible for quality and assurance on engineering tasks in engineering consulting work in electrical discipline.--- Provide feedback in a timely manner to colleagues, project managers in design coordination across all disciplines.--- Capitalize the lessons learned from previous projects and individual experiences.--- Motivate to provide suggestions and recommendations in technical and organization proficiency improvements.--- Efficiently manage design calculations, design change records, project documentations and design submittals.--- Assist in project developments by providing required calculations, suggestions to support proposals activities.Required Qualifications--- BS in Engineering discipline, emphases on Electrical or Electronic discipline, master degree is a plus.--- Proven expertise in management of electrical codes applications, especially safety standards implementations.--- 10+ years of experience with at least 5 years of Electrical / Electronic consulting practices.--- Strong culture around safety, working targets, time control, schedule and project deliverable process.--- Outstanding track records of engineering consulting experience to contribute deliverables on-time and within budget. --- Broad range of knowledge and experiences in both Electrical and Electronic fields. --- Demonstrates solid knowledge in EE and electrodynamics and high potential in problem solving.--- Notable experience in electrical and electronic design for diverse infrastructures, especially in civil/structural projects. --- Ensure that installations and applications are align with customer needs and safety standards --- Initiative, capable of solving electrical and electronic problems and challenges encountered on different projects.--- Familiarity with electrical design specifications, industry product standards, and especially electrical design details.--- Proficiency in use of computer aid design programs in electrical/electronic engineering.--- Trackable experience in design of power supply, illumination, compressor, electro communications, and so on. --- Proficiency in utilizing design drafting tools such as AutoCAD and MicroStation.--- Proficiency in application of office and documentation programs such as Microsoft Office, Mathcad, and so on.--- Extensive experiences in managing electrical/electronic design, construction management and inspection. --- Expertise in electrical design, construction, inspection for buildings, industrial plants, and other infrastructures. --- Perform quality and performance analysis on new and legacy IT systems --- Manage clear and effective communications with team members and project managers.--- Excellent communication and communication skills in English language, verbal and written.Preferred Qualifications--- Experience working in a multicultural engineering environment.--- Motivate other team members through leading by example.--- Able to influence and supervise others to gain consensus and action.--- Experience with environment and Hydraulic/Hydrology projects.--- Willing to work overtime as required per urgent project deliverables.Interested in hearing more?
