Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare preliminary and final design of municipal wastewater treatment plants, Including process design of wastewater treatment plants - activated sludge, biological nutrient removal, disinfection, and physico-chemical treatment processes.
• Prepare fee proposals for municipal wastewater treatment plant work.
• Prepare technical specifications and design calculations.
• Prepare preliminary engineering reports, including the development of process design bases, process flow diagrams (PFDs), construction cost estimates, and material balances.
• Prepare process calculations and process and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs). -Develop construction documents, including engineering drawings and specifications, and coordinate with other consultants and disciplines to ensure alignment and adherence to the requirements of the finished product.
• Prepare NPDES and SWPPP permit applications, waivers, and submittals to local, state, and federal agencies.
• Develop construction schedules, review construction submittals, respond to RFIs, review pay estimates, and provide additional construction administration support. Job Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field.
  • Registered Texas P.E. licensure required.
  • 8+ years experience with municipal wastewater treatment plants
