Roles & Responsibilities:





oMust be well versed in the practical application of Industry codes, certification requirements and standards for different regions and countries (ISA, ASME, IEC, UL, CE, NEC, and ATEX standards)

oCheck fabrication manufacturability and design layout maintainability

oVerify conduit routing, sizes and fitting selection.

oVerify conductor and cables are of proper size and type

oVerify there are applicable views shown to clearly define assembly

oVerify all drawing notes are accurate, use Unigraphics (NX) standard note symbols as applicable

Add additional notes as required to meet the project requirements and that the design aligns with all SEI internal and project specification

oVerify all cables, conduits and cable trays are supported per SEI standards

oVerify Grounding / Earthing is per SEI standards

oVerify all cable trays and components are grounded.

oVerify all tagging information is accurate with the System P&ID

oVerify correct tag size, text size, lock wire, drive screws or double sided tape is used per SEI standards

oVerify all BoM items on the drawing are identified without duplication of balloon callouts. Arrange multiple groupings of item balloons so first item balloon is touching the corresponding item.
