Overview / Responsibilities

Wood is currently recruiting for an experienced Pipeline Engineer fto join the team in Houston.

Authorization to work lawfully in the US without sponsorship from Wood is required

This position will use knowledge already gained on pipeline projects and accumulate more experience in a variety of activities working as part of a project team

Duties include:

• 
  
• The design of pipeline and associated pipeline facilities
  
• Preparation of calculations, review drawings for completion and accuracy
  
• Assisting with project estimating, scheduling, and reporting
  
• Other project tasks as required
  
  
  
  
  Skills / Qualifications

  • 
    
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
    
  • State Professional Engineering License
    
    
    
    Knowledge, Skills, Experience
    
    
    
    
    
    
    • 
      
    • Minimum 15 years engineering experience, with at least 10 years in onshore pipeline engineering
      
    • Experience on large cross-country pipeline projects in the United States
      
    • Experience managing/coordinating between engineering and pipeline field service disciplines
      
    • Thorough knowledge of USDOT and ASME pipeline codes
