Job Description:
Advanced Field Service Engineer--Advanced Field Service Engineer
for Honeywell International, Inc. in Houston,
TXResponsibilities:-------Serve as Area Migrations Lead or
Branch/Regional Team Lead/Mentor (not just a site lead or technical
lead).-----Providing proactive maintenance support.-----Drive asset
optimization for individual customer.-----DCS Maintenance including
Hardware Components, Software Components, Field Troubleshooting of
common IO and Loop Problems.-----Working with voltages up to 110VAC
and 40VDC. Configure, maintain, and solve Honeywell hardware and
software issues including: Experion PKS, other DCS hardware /
software such as LCN, TPS.-----Drive continuous improvement
initiatives in the processes related to field services and product
development.-----Lead cross-functional groups to quickly fix any
administrative difficulties relating to delivery and installation
of proper equipment.-----Responsible for troubleshooting Network
Connections of Ethernet and Coaxial Cabling.-----Modifying and
editing HMI Graphics.-----Serve as the Focal Point for Honeywell
with the customer on providing technical solutions.----ADDITIONAL
INFORMATION:Location: Houston, TX40 hours/weekEmployee Referral

U.S. EOE. YOU MUST HAVE:Qualified applicants must have a
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Electronic Engineering,
Electrical
Engineering, or a related field, and five (5) years of related
engineering
experience. Must possess five (5) years of experience in the
following:
developing scope of work documents for multiple projects involving
the
development, installation, integration, site commissioning and
maintenance of
Honeywell's Distributed control systems; EPKS (Experion Process
Knowledge
System); Legacy Total Plant Solution (TPS); and Honeywell Safety
Systems;
Troubleshooting Network Connections of Ethernet and Coaxial
Cabling.
Telecommuting permitted when not at client site. Up to 90% domestic
travel
