Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Staff Software Engineer,
Reliability Engineering.
Key Responsibilities
Develop a long-term roadmap for Reliability and serve as a
strategic thought partner
Design and implement company-wide SRE architecture and incident
management processes
Mentor other Site Reliability Engineers and foster a culture of
Reliability within the organization
Required Qualifications
BS, MS, or PhD in computer science or related field, or equivalent
work experience
12+ years of software engineering experience, focusing on system
architecture and design
5+ years of experience as a senior-level technical lead or
architect
Demonstrated expertise in building high-availability systems in
multi-cloud environments
Strong leadership skills and a proven track record of effective
collaboration across teams
