Key Responsibilities Â Lead all aspects ofÂ automation and I&E design Â SpecifyÂ I/O hardware, instrumentation, sensors, and control panels Â Design and maintainÂ control system documentation Â Tune PID loops Â for optimal system performance Â Troubleshoot and commission Â systems in the field Â Partner withÂ field operations Â for continuous improvement Â ManageÂ vendors and project tasks Â independently Â Collaborate across teams and with external stakeholders Â Â Requirements Â 5-15 years Â inÂ automation/controls , preferably inÂ oil & gas (midstream) Â Proficient withÂ Allen Bradley PLCs Â ( RSLogix , CompactLogix) Â Strong inÂ control system architecture, PLC programming, and instrumentation Â SolidÂ Electrical Engineering Â background Â Skilled inÂ troubleshooting and PID tuning Â Experienced inÂ developing and maintaining I&E design packages Â Â
