You'll manage lab testing, analyze data, and drive continuous improvement across production. MUST HAVES: Testing Lean Six Sigma NICE TO HAVE: Motor or driver/VFD-related working experience DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Quality Assurance - implement and maintain quality standards ( ISO 9001) Problem Solving – use 8D or SCAR quality method to identify, analyze, and resolve quality issues that arise during the product lifecycle; Initiate and monitor corrective and preventative actions Testing and Documentation – Conduct tests on products and systems, document findings, and maintain quality records Data Analysis - collect, analyze, and report on quality data to track performance and improvement First production PPAP - first product inspection and document preparation Testing Lab Management and Calibration EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a minimum of 5 years commensurate experience in an engineering-related discipline required. Strong technical skills and knowledge of quality management systems ( e.g., ISO 9001) Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Lean Six Sigma green belt is a plus! Understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control techniques. Previous motors or motor drivers, or motor controller experience is preferred Interested in hearing more?
