Job Description Job Description Now Hiring: Technician-Boats/Power Sports We’re looking for a detail-oriented Technician-Boats/Power Sports to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for following procedures for assembly, fabrication, modifying, installing and repairs. Essential Duties: 1. perform duties including assembling products, handling products, equipment for boats/power sports 2. inspect, maintain, and repair boats/power sports 3. use diagnostic equipment, test engines, and diagnose the issue 4. test, maintain, and evaluate equipment and system performance using proper instruments 5. analyze, troubleshoot systems and equipment, and perform skilled maintenance 6. checks and repairs boat/power sports equipment 7. read workshop manuals, understand issue, and communicate with customers 8. manage reports, maintenance plans, and communicate effective recommendations 9. perform routine preventative maintenance to ensure systems are running properly and prepare records 10. verification of prices for parts, quotations, and negotiate if necessary 11. keep the management informed of any developments affecting business 12. keep work areas in neat and orderly conditions Secondary Duties: 1. other tasks as assigned or requested by the President & CEO
