growing team. Job description: We are seeking a knowledgeable and
customer-oriented Automotive Service Advisor to join our dynamic
team. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact
for customers, providing exceptional service and support throughout
their automotive repair experience. Your mechanical knowledge and
expertise in automotive service will help ensure that customers
receive accurate information regarding their vehicle's needs and
the services we offer. Responsibilities Greet customers promptly
and professionally, addressing their automotive service needs.
Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify issues and
recommend appropriate services. Communicate effectively with
customers about repair options, timelines, and costs. Coordinate
with service technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs and
maintenance. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions,
services performed, and parts used. Follow up with customers
post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns. Stay
updated on automotive technology and repair techniques to provide
informed recommendations. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge,
particularly in automotive repair and maintenance. Experience with
diesel engine repair and air brake systems is a plus. Familiarity
with tire service procedures and practices. Ability to communicate
technical information clearly to customers with varying levels of
understanding. Proficient in using diagnostic tools and software
related to automotive service. Excellent customer service skills
with a focus on building long-term relationships. Strong
organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a
