“Total Control” function on all assigned projects to include
Project Cost Management and Project Schedule Management? Enbridge
has a Project Controls Advisor position that will provide cost
monitoring, reporting and control services during the execution
phase of projects. In addition, this position will be responsible
for project schedule management to include schedule monitoring,
reporting and control services during the execution phase of

joinourteam Here’s what you will do: Provide full Project Control
Management, consisting of cost/schedule development and control
during the full lifecycle of projects. Generate regular and ad hoc
analysis including graphs, summary tables, and presentations.
Assist the Project Engineer/Manager in Project Scope Management by
providing insight into scope definition, verification, change
control and financial health of projects. Work with internal team
to understand the incurred field costs and Stakeholders for
indirect costs and compare against budget and monthly forecast
values. Prepare expenditure profiles, work force histograms,
comparative capital cost estimates for projects and total program
monthly forecast summaries. Provide estimating support to other
departments’ cost management for internal cost controls. Track Key
Performance Indicators and work with groups to improve overall
execution of projects. Develop templates, examples, and policies &
procedures to assist the project managers to implement the Gating
Controls Process. Prepare project status with variance analysis and
reasoning for Senior and Project Management. Who you are: You have
the following education and experience: Required: University Degree
or Technical Diploma in Engineering or Accounting related fields.
Other post-secondary education may be considered. Minimum of 5
years of Project Controls or Project Management experience is
required. General understanding of pipeline and terminal
operations. High proficiency in MS Excel required (v-lookups, pivot
tables, graph generation, sumifs, etc.). Predict obstacles,
challenges and risks to proactively determine mitigation strategies
and innovative solutions to problems. Excellent oral and written
communications skills. Software experience with: MS Office Suite,
Oracle/SAP. Problem solving, decision-making, organization,
planning and leadership skills. Collaborative, team- and
service-oriented work style. Motivated self-starter who works well
independently in a fast-paced team environment. Valid driver’s
license. Preferred: Registration in a professional society related
to their post-secondary education. Project Management professional
designation. Working knowledge of PowerBI. Physical Requirements:
Include but are not limited to: Grasping, kneeling, light –
moderate lifting (objects up to 45 pounds), reaching above
shoulder, repetitive motion, sitting, standing, visual requirement
(able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print),
hearing requirement. Mental Requirements: Include but are not
limited to: Ability to: understand, remember and apply oral and/or
written instructions or other information, understand complex
problems and collaborate/explore alternative solutions, organize
thoughts and ideas into understandable terminology, organize and
prioritize work schedule on a short-term basis, make decisions
which have moderate impact on the immediate work unit and monitor
impact outside this area, understand and follow basic instructions.
US Salary: ? Ranges from $80,500 – $108,900 USD for US locations
based upon candidate’s experience, skills, and internal equity. ?
