The Offering Manager, 24/7 Connected Services is responsible for profitably accelerating our maintenance contract pull-through.

Can be located anywhere in the United States or Canada!

RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Own the end to end financial results of the 24/7 Connected Services offer in the Americas:
  • Responsible for the specification, external and internal value propositions, targeting and pricing strategy, promotion, pilot execution in North America, education and support of the front lines to deliver business objectives of number contracts sold (installed) at target price(s) through Service, Modernization and New Equipment Business.
  • Leverage internal and external resources to develop comprehensive internal and external sales and operations tools.
  • Closely collaborate with North America sales and operations leader on incentives to drive performance.
  • Strongly advocate for North America customer needs and collaborate with global service design, NSS (New Service Solutions) and KTI (Kone Technology & Innovation) leaders on required improvements of 24/7 Connected Services offering capabilities for the Americas to achieve 75% LIS (Lifts in Service) coverage by end 2023.
  • Report on performance to all levels to inform and drive behavioral results. Closely monitor and adapt to existing and developing competitive threats.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree a plus
    • Minimum 10 years in the building industry (Vertical Transportation, Lighting, HVAC, Building Automation and/or Energy Management)
    • Offer management experience (responsible for product specification, volume and price results in the marketplace)
    • P&L experience (sales and operations management)
    • Practitioner of extreme ownership; disciplined, driven, strategic, creative, results oriented professional
    • Highly skilled influencer of internal players. Strong collaboration, communication and presentation skills with general management, sales, operations and product development professionals.
    • Highly skilled influencer of external players. Understands the various interests, business objectives and pain points of all "customers" in buildings
    • Strong practitioner of market segmentation, targeting and pricing strategy to drive price, volume and share
