Job Description:

The Strategic Account Manager will assist the sales effort in pursuing value driven approaches to customers. Through these innovative solutions and full-service offerings, savings can be realized by the customer while revenue growth and margin improvements are being realized by Mistras. This position will focus on our sales efforts in a way to maximize the opportunities that allow Mistras to successfully deliver our services to these strategic accounts. Lastly, this position will be tasked with helping to develop, implement and promote methodologies related to strategic accountsMAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES/ACTIVITIES:Promotes a safe work environment and a Safety-First attitude.Have a full understanding of Mistras' OneSource solution portfolio.Develop and execute sales action plans that deliver profitable growth in the assigned accounts according to the accepted business plan, with emphasis on achieving Mistras' revenue and margin targets.Develops and maintains an ongoing, effective Strategic Account Management program that provides management with measurable goals, strategies, and other pertinent information regarding assigned accounts.Upsell and Cross-sell Mistras' OneSource solution portfolio within assigned accounts.Ensure customer satisfaction with services being provided, with an eye toward future business opportunities.Close coordination with Sales Management and Operations.Provide feedback on market & competitive trends within assigned accounts, Region and/or Market.Ensures timely follow-up of quotes & opportunities with customers, providing technical & commercial qualifications, as required.Updating & maintaining current customer information and sales activities in Mistras' CRM on a daily & weekly basis.Prepares all necessary reports and forecasts in a timely & accurate manner, as requested by management.Represent Mistras Group, Inc. at all trade shows, professional meetings and industry forums as deemed appropriate by Sales Management.Maintaining a close working relationship with the Operational management team is essential.Participating fully in training sessions, meetings, skill building and professional development classes.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:High school diploma, Undergraduate degree a plus.Industry specific and/or NDT experience required.Minimum of 5 years experience in Sales and Marketing.Valid Driver's LicenseTravel between 30-60%Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel etc.)CRM proficiency preferredESSENTIAL PHYSICAL FUNCTIONS:Ability to climb stairs and ladders at customer walk downs and trade displaysFrequent lifting up to 30 lbs.This job description reflects management's assignment of essential functions; it does not prescribe or restrict the tasks that may be assigned.Mistras Group is an equal opportunity employerJob Type: Full-timeBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:Monday to FridayEducation:Bachelor's (Preferred)Work Location:On the roadWork Remotely:Temporarily due to COVID-19
