Note Employer will not sponsor visas for position Job Summary Position's primary responsibility would be to manage a defined book of business. Position would mine CRM in order to increase volume and efficiency of sales, manage CRM-based campaigns, develop and monitor reporting and productivity of the tool. Position would also provide Sales team analysis to develop new leads and opportunities by pre-qualifying prospects. Position will supply internal business development assistance to external sales team members that will improve sales efficiency and customer experience. Minimum Qualifications Degree: * College Degree (Bachelors Level). The minimun number of years of job related experience required by this job is: * 1 year. List any specialized training or unique skills required: * Technical expertise * Sales Data Analytics. * Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills. * A valid driver's license. * Project Management Experience. Preferred. * Financial Analytics. Preferred. Job Duties Develop and grow assigned book of business that will include a combination of Marketers, National Accounts, and Direct business. Responsible for the functional business use of the Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) system and management of the system as it pertains to successful extension of benefits across the business unit, thus increasing efficiency of sales and communication across the business unit. Serve as point/support person to manage internal sales projects for new clients being on boarded and transitioned. Assist with the onboarding of new clients, marketers, and employees as required. Coordinate with Brand Equity unit to improve, marketing effectiveness, brand equity value, for effective implementation of programs and initiatives. Responsible for the mining of pertinent data, management of campaigns, and sales support systems housed in CRM. Serve as point/support person for market analysis for business growth and specific business segments through multi-media resources such as Kline and make recommendations as to business growth and development opportunities. Assist Strategic Product Managers, Region Managers, and Manager, Lubricant Sales in developing business opportunities that align with business objectives and CITGO MTP.
