JOB DETAILSThe successful candidate will be responsible for the design, implementation, and ongoing evaluation of the organization's compensation programs and HRIS. This individual will work with company leadership to ensure that compensation strategies and programs support the company's long-term objectives and meets all legal requirements AND administers the company's HRIS system.The individual that oversees Compensation and HRIS is responsible for the design, oversight and administration of all employee compensation and HRIS system.Developing the appropriate salary infrastructure and leveling for the organization, salary and incentive administration, executive compensation, and recognition programs. Support the CHRAO in developing and providing the necessary data, competitive market analysis, and presentation materials for compensation committee meetings.This role is responsible for developing, recommending, and implementing creative and cost effective, new, or modified plans and policies that provide a competitive employee value proposition and are sound business decisions for the organization.This individual supervises the administration of all plans, propose changes, ensure regulatory compliance, and ensure effective implementation of compensation and HRIS integration.This individual will oversee the compensation function; planning, developing, and implementing employee and executive compensation programs, establishing programs to support the organization? goals and competitive practices.This individual ensures data integrity as well as compensation compliance with our clients policies, procedures and stays abreast of all applicable local, state, and federal laws.This individual is a strong advocate and keeper of company culture; will be responsible for building a strategy to strengthen our clients overall recruitment and retention strategies to attract and retain high caliber leaders and talents.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE-Bachelors degree: Masters preferred (Business, Finance, Economics, HR, or related field)-10+ years HR experience including 7-10 years in the design, communication, and administration of health & welfare benefits, defined contribution plans, short-term incentive, long-term incentive, and stock programs.-Someone that has been a Sr. Compensation Analyst/Entry Level Compensation Manager OR just a Mid-Level Compensation Manager position would be an ideal candidate-Needs to also have HRIS System experience-Construction or Field Operations industry is required; for example Construction, Civil engineering, Oil & Gas/Energy, etc. industry would be acceptable (do not submit candidates with healthcare, technology, insurance, retail, etc. industry backgrounds)-Demonstrated ability working in the Human Resources function within a fast moving, multi-faceted and global organization.-Collaborative working style-Strong oral and written communication skills-Strong data analytical skills-Advanced Microsoft Office skills-ADP Workforce Now experience preferred (not mandatory)-MUST have long-term employment tenure

Pay:--$75,000/yr - $100,000/yr
