Are you ready to take the next step in your career in Direct Hire Staffing and grow your own market? I have been specializing in Direct Hire Staffing for almost 38 years and I am looking to grow our Direct Hire Practice Nationally. We want Direct Hire producers that that are tired of just producing and want to take start and take over a market. You will have the opportunity to hire and grow your own team and be on the ground floor of building a National Direct Hire practice. You will be able to make a substantial impact to our growing vertical and the Company's bottom line. With our guidance and diligence, you will be responsible for hiring, training, and directing a staff as well as identifying, recruiting, and placing accounting and finance candidates with companies. Additionally, you will be rewarded by building and maintaining solid long-term professional relationships with new and existing clients while building and growing the careers of the accounting and finance professionals that you will work with daily. We believe if we have the right leader, we can grow in any market, so we are open to several locations. You will also be able to leverage the relationships and current contracts of an existing team working in other disciplines that have been around for decades. This position offers a base salary as well as a generous commission.

Summary of responsibilities: Develop new client relationships through cold calling and prospecting
Directing, hiring, and training Direct Hire Full-Desk recruiters
Manage the life-cycle process and establish point-of-contact relationships for future business
Negotiate fees and rates for services
Source for and build an inventory of candidates for open positions
Build the database through research and data mining to develop a pipeline of active and passive job seekers
Call and screen candidates and present job opportunities, matching the candidates' interests and employer requirements
Prepare all candidates for interviews and manage the client's interview process
Negotiate salary expectations and handle offer negotiations
Work with hired candidates and partner clients to ensure on-boarding and placement is successful

Qualifications: 3-5 years direct recruiting experience in addition to prior work experience within the accounting and finance industry
Ability to train and manage a Direct Hire team.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize and work will with a team
