We offer a full range of benefits.General Job Description:We are currently seeking professional and dedicated Sales/Account Managers to join our team. You should have a successful background in sales to Private Practices and/or Hospitals. This position will be responsible for overall revenue growth and the marketing of core services, (following up on leads and calling on potential customers) in both small and large medical facilities, within a geographic territory.In addition, the position will be responsible for maintaining a relationship with the account after the sale, ensuring the customer continues to be satisfied with the services and to identify and pursue growth opportunities.This role is a client facing sales representative with dedication to apply creative and effective sales strategies. The result is to drive revenues through forging strong relationships with physicians, hospitals and associated personnel.Primary Job duties will include:Call on Physician offices (mostly Neurologists), hospitals and other out-patient medical facilities where their patients could benefit from EEG brain tests.Conduct research to identify new clients and customer needsArrange business meetings with prospective clientsPromote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients' needsPrepare proposals and Agreement. Account management from sale through implementation and growth of accounts.Maintain sales/revenue records (in company CRM)Provide feedback, after-sales supportBuild long-term relationships with new/existing customersProvide reporting and feedback to managersMaintains a high level of customer contact to ensure customer satisfactionHelp resolve any customer issues. Requirements:Excellent listening, oral and written communication skillsGood presentation and interpersonal skillsAbility to communicate persuasively and effectively to a wide range of customers.Dedicated and committed to providing superior customer service with a focus on quality.Strong client focus, ability to independently and proactively analyze and resolve customer service issues in a timely manner.Demonstrated ability to build and maintain solid working relationships with internal and external customers geographically located within the assigned territory.Qualifications / Experience:3 years proven successful selling experience of devices or services to medical facilities - Hospitals / private practices.Bachelor's Degree or higherGood Driving RecordAbility to travel up to 50% of the timeProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteExperience with other sales related programs (CRM)Job Type: Full-timeCompensation: Pay range is between $65K-$80K, DOE, plus commissionsBenefits include:401k PlanEligible for Health, Dental, and Vision insuranceVacation, Paid Holidays and Sick timeCorticare is an EEOC employer
