What impact will you have?
You will trail-blaze, launch, and grow our newest Austin delivery center.

What will you be responsible for?
Efficiently grow the location from the ground up to a fully operational facility
Take on new challenges, define new processes, and keep your eye on the horizon while managing the details
Provide a superior customer experience to our subscribers
Update facility, within building management requirements, with branding, EV charging capabilities, and lighting
Create a wonderful environment for our customers to pickup/drop-off their vehicles in
Maintain appearance and cleanliness of delivery center
Own the successful activation, vehicle onboarding, and vehicle return process for all customers
Partner with key cross-functional teams to ensure excellent customer service throughout the entire process
Drive consistency and standardization across all delivery channels and centers
Continuously improve team and process efficiencies to increase customer satisfaction
Prioritize and manage team responsibilities to ensure vehicles are prepped and ready for each customer upon their arrival
Effectively manage the delivery team and cross-functional relationships to ensure execution of business initiatives, improve processes, and effectively deploy systems as planned
Provide mentoring and accountability to direct reports and succession planning through appropriate coaching, leadership development and training, and performance management
Define team objectives, positively reinforce and engage your team, and share in each others success
Manage the in-fleeting process, track schedules, prioritize, and manage the preparation of vehicles effectively to meet deadlines
Complete, record, and maintain processes and procedures
Maintain inventory control for vehicles, keys, and paperwork
Perform additional responsibilities, as assigned to meet business needs

Who will be successful in this role?
5+ years of fleet management experience
5+ years of customer service experience
Valid U.S. driver's license with 5-year minimum driving record with a clean driving history and ability to be insured
Highly motivated self-starter
Great people manager
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated ability to be a team player
Available to work a flexible schedule to support business needs, including evenings and weekends
