* Move boldly in the quest for superior and best in market solutions.Job Description:As a Technical Application Manger, you will play an integral part of our Global eCommerce Data services and application team supporting the business, product management, and the operations team by preparing a variety of reporting and analytics tools. These tools will help address essential business questions regarding quality, revenue, growth, performance, and profitability of Commerce Services and its key business lines.

You will:

  • Analyze customer needs and make them into requirements.
  • Work with internal teams, including developers, engineers, Q.A, Infrastructure, Facility operations and Client Success Team.
  • Look into competitors/ Market standards and conduct capability analyses regularly.
  • Organize and implement internal and customer training on how to use the product.
  • Answer questions related to the product and its capabilities.
  • Evaluate and deal with technical risks.
  • Work with data pipelines, algorithms, API, UI/UX and automated systems.
  • Being an evangelist and subject matter expert to the community.
  • Implement beta tests.
  • Liaising with customers and collecting feedback on the product, selecting which ideas to turn into features & Writing product feature requirements
  • Managing the backlog and prioritization
  • Setting the vision for the product and building the product roadmap
  • Creating a list of objectives and key results by analyze metrics and data.
  • Create success criteria for testing and product acceptance.
  • Being at the forefront of the creation and maintenance of product documentation.
  • Deciding which technical solution should be implemented
  • Designing technical solutions
    Your background:
    • 15+ years' experience in Data service/Data Integration/Application development/Project management .
    • Proven solid knowledge of SQL
    • Familiar with Data pipeline, Data integration, REST API, UI/UX
    • Experienced in requirements gathering and translation of business requirements and needs into visualizations
    • Familiarity with project management tools , Jira, Confluence documentation
    • Able to develop and follow action plans from high-level requirements.
    • Fluent English and good presentation abilities; able to clearly express complex ideas in a virtual and multi-cultured environment
    • Experience in e-commerce, logistics and transportation a strong plus Experience in work with internationally dispersed teams
    • Knowledge of Talend, Informatica or other ETL tools will be an advantage.
    • Experience leading a team strongly preferredAbout us:
