Technical Business Intelligence ManagerHouston, TXPay: up to $165,000/year plus benefitsDirect Hire
We are working with a client that just started their analytics division last year. This person will help the organization build this group from the ground up, set up pipelines, and assess BI tools. Currently, they have a team of 2 but expect to grow it to 5 people. There is a lot of excitement within the organization around this position due to the huge impact it will make with the business.
Requirements:

1-3 years of supervisory experience
5-7 years (ideally) of data analytics/business intelligence background
Python and/or R
SQL
Tableau preferred
Bachelors degree preferred
This will initially be a very hands on manager position, doing the work and mentoring/training staff.The client offers flexible work schedule, great healthcare options, 401K matching, and stable work environment. They are read to interview and hire immediately.
