Job Description:

We are seeking a driven, motivated individual for a Dual Operations Manager role for a privately owned cooking school north of Indianapolis, IN. This role will oversee the day-to-day operations as well as be involved in the strategic planning for a new location for a unique culinary education business. Compensation: Salary up to $75,000, Monday - Friday position (with some night or weekend requirements), PTO, closed all major holidays, some flexibility for remote work, and opportunities for future growth!Skills/Qualifications:

• 3+ years in restaurant/hospitality/kitchen/culinary leadership or management position
• Experience with growing/opening new restaurant locations
• Ability to cultivate vendor relationships and manage inventory
• Must be able to work some evenings and weekends (no late nights, ever!)
