Job DescriptionThe Regional Talent & Leadership Development
Manager is responsible for defining and driving the talent strategy
for the Americas region that will enable business growth by
focusing on our most important asset, our people.The Americas
region is transforming to achieve even greater growth and has a

As a key player on the Americas HR management team, and reporting
to the Head of HR for the region, this role will design key
strategic talent, performance, and leadership development
initiatives and resources to promote organizational, personal, and
professional growth, in alignment with Fugros mission and values.We

fit-for-purpose strategies as well as implementing regional and

opportunity!Job Responsibilities: In partnership with global and
regional leadership, design and execute the Americas Talent vision,
in alignment with business strategy and goals.Own and drive people
processes for the region, including performance management,
development planning, talent evaluation, and succession
planning.Educate stakeholders on Fugros talent planning framework,
build support materials, and facilitate executive-level talent
reviews in partnership with the Regional Head of HR.Enhance HR
Partners strategic ability to drive talent discussions and support
business leaders through transformation and growth.Build innovative
and agile career development tools to engage our employees,
identify internal talent and differentiate development.Be a
champion of internal mobility by designing regional talent councils
and forums aimed at enabling development and career growth. Laisse
with global teams for expanded opportunities.Assess internal
leadership development needs, design and develop fit-for-purpose
resources as well as drive the implementation of global talent
programs in the Americas region, identifying and nominating
participants, and facilitating sessions where needed.Define the
assessment strategy for the region. Coordinate and/or facilitate
assessments (i.e. 360s, leadership potential, etc.), team
assimilation, and team building activities.Embed data and analytics
in the evaluation of talent & diversity bench strength, as well as
in the evaluation of program effectiveness.Own and drive engagement
initiatives across the Fugro Americas region with a key focus on
diversity, equity, and inclusion.Actively participate in external
talent and D&I forums to drive the Fugro employer brand,
attract key talent as well as learn best practices to improve our
offerings.Partner with the Head of HR and other leaders on
additional key strategic and organizational development strategies
across the region.Job Requirements: Legally authorized to work in
the United States without restrictions8+ years of progressive
experience in Human Resources, Organizational Development, talent
management, L&D, or related fieldBachelors degree from an
accredited college or universityStrategic mindset, high learning
agility, strong doer mindset, and ability to drive changePreferred
Experiences:Masters in Organizational Development, Human Resources,
or related fieldPrior people management experiencePrior regional
experience, including North and South AmericaWorking or proficient
knowledge of Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plusOur Contribution to
