Job Description:
Job DescriptionOne Hour Heating and Air Conditioning, an
affiliate of Authority Brands LLC has an opening for a dynamic
Office Manager in the Corpus Christi, TX office who will oversee
the general administrative function and activities of the office.
Responsibilities:Create reports, memos, letters, and other
documents.Manage the monthly, quarterly, and year-end accounting
close activities.Manage day-to-day Receivable Accounts.Analyze
general ledger account activity, prepare, or review journal entries
and balance sheet reconciliations.Manage the consolidation process
and monthly reconciliations.Ensure consistent implementation of
corporate accounting principles and procedures.Timely preparation
of financial statements and supporting schedules.Build out and
maintain process documentation and process improvements
implementation.Manage special projects as needed (e.g. audits,
system implementations, international expansion, Strategic Finance
support).Answer phone calls and direct calls to appropriate parties
or take messages.Oversee and support all administrative duties in
the office and ensure the office is operating smoothly.Develop
office policies and procedures, and ensure they are implemented
appropriately.Identify opportunities for process and office
management improvements, and design andManage company special
events, trainings and conferences including logistics
planning.Oversee the install coordinator and permit
coordinator.Work in cooperation with the install manager, service
manager, warehouse manager and purchasing manager.Other duties as
assigned.Qualifications:High School DiplomaMust have exceptional
attention to detailStrong organizational and time management
skills, and ability to prioritizeMust be a self-starter and
drivenExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong
problem-solving skills and analytical abilitiesMust be proficient
