Job Description -As the Senior Marketing Director, will oversee the Resale Team for Texas Region, and report to the SVP of Marketing for the Texas Region and Chief Marketing Officer for Douglas Elliman. This includes developing, leading, managing and measuring Resale Team infrastructure, customer service experience, property marketing plans and agent branding plans (strategy, advertising, events, and collateral that is consumer-facing). The role will provide you with the opportunity to work closely with the entire marketing team on diverse, high-impact projects while learning the ins and outs of property marketing. Marketing for Douglas Elliman's DETX region will also be responsible for maintaining the company's corporate identity and ensuring its prominence through the development and execution of best-in-class programs designed to help agents succeed. -Oversee the Resale Marketing team for the Texas Region across Houston, Dallas, San Antonio and Austin. -Serve as point person for VIP agents and manage day-to-day team member marketing activities, ensuring strategic, efficient and cost-effective plans -Liaise with agents, executives, public relations and creative across key touch points, including but not limited to presentations, digital, social, content, mailers, advertising, photography, video -Ensure all projects meet internal and external expectations with respect to quality, budget, delivery timelines, and strategy -Be well organized and have a passion for reporting performance metrics and nuances, taking key learnings and applying them to future projects -Work with agents and design team to ensure creative and collateral encompass Elliman brand/guidelines and apprise of best practices/marketing tools -Stay apprised of industry news, competitive information, new developments, regulations and policies through publications, professional organizations and networking opportunities -Consistently review and share competitive market practices and make recommendations for adjustments and enhancements to processes and programs -Desired Skills and Experience The ideal candidate will be creative and organized, and will demonstrate the following experience: -Have strong management and leadership skills to oversee Directors of Marketing and Marketing Associates -Have strong Operational skills, ability to problem solve and set up team structure as needed -Must be strategic, analytical and focused while also providing strong project management and oversight of tactical and strategic responsibilities -Self-starter who works well independently, leads and as part of a team -Strong customer service, account management and interpersonal skills -Strong knowledge of Texas; a background in residential real estate, a plus -Be adept at all forms of digital marketing, including social -Possess aesthetic sensibilities -Exceptional, cohesive client presentations -Knowledge of InDesign and Photoshop creative programs preferred -Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or related field preferred, along with 8+ years of experience in marketing, advertising and/or communications -Job Type: Full-time
