Job DescriptionJob Overview:The National Account Manager will
represent the company directly to Foodservice Customers, Single and
Multi-Unit Distributors within an assigned geographic area. This
individual will prospect, pursue and develop sales relationships
with those accounts. The National Account Manager may have sales
personnel reporting to him or her. The ideal candidate will live in
the Houston or Dallas, Texas area.Primary Job
Responsibilities:Sells Westrock Coffee programs/products to
National and Regional Multi Unit Distributors (Broadliners, C-Store
Distributors, Office Coffee Distributors, etc), as well as regional
and local independent accounts within an assigned geographic area
in a wide range of formal and informal formats. The National
Account Manager will prospect, pursue, and develop sales
relationships with those accounts identified on the "Target Account
List".Calls on local, independent customers through own target list
or in response to customer inquiries about the company and its
products.Maintains and builds business and profits at existing
assigned accounts through new product placement, improved
operational recommendations and/or marketing support creating more
unit sales.Responsible for meeting annual sales goals.Maintains and
cultivates a direct line of communication with leadership about
progress with target accounts, sales activity, potential
opportunities and competitive information.Works closely with all
division personnel on Trade Show planning and representation.
Develops ongoing relationships with trade and industry groups and
associations.Promotes a professional image of the Company in all
involvement with internal personnel, customers, suppliers, and
competition.Performs other duties assigned.Knowledge Skills
Abilities:Knowledge of Westrock/S D's products as well as extensive
knowledge of coffee, tea and other company products.Proven sales
track record.QualificationQualifications:Customer

(Directors of Operations, operations people, corporate, regional
and franchisees)* Various Chains Business Practices* Various Chains
in Unit Coffee and Tea Operations* Must be proactive and willing to
increase knowledge in all areas of product, equipment and
marketing.Other:* Proven successful, sales background, preferably
in the convenience store industry.* Ability to build and sustain
customer relationships.* Strong problem solving and analytical
ability.* Able to institute change in a positive manner.
