Job Description:

Plan, prioritize, coordinate and monitor activities in the department to ensure accurate, timely, and efficient service. Manage, train, and evaluate staff to achieve and maintain department standards. Develop and deliver programs that support business needs. Oversee all aspects of the Revenue Cycle Management claims adjudication and payment process to ensure accurate, timely, and efficient accounts receivable management.Lead projects for the division from inception to completionProvide business partners and key executives with customer perspective and facilitate timely response to complex business challenges and opportunitiesRecommend and implement procedural and systems changes to deliver quality service to internal and external customersManage business solutions that anticipate and resolve complex issues related to all aspects of claims payments, including production, operations, planning, staffing, and budgetingEstablish and monitor production goals, policies, procedures, and systems related to all aspects of day-to-day operationsDevelop staff to successfully achieve all goals and objectivesWork with management and staff to continuously improve skills and processesPrioritize, assign, and distribute work to ensure responsibility is at the appropriate level and team member's skills are developed to support business needsIdentify and prioritize training needs and coordinate training programs that address the unit's business needsEnsure effective communications are maintained within the department and externally where appropriate. Inform employees of department plans and progress.
