Position Summary:
The Account Manager is responsible for providing the utmost in customer care through daily in person, phone, email, and digital meeting interactions. This role would need to be someone that can navigate a sales process from start to close with little oversight, while ensuring the customer is completely satisfied from start to finish.
The Account Manager will be responsible for providing regional sales support for the America's region and globally, should this be required. This role will focus on achieving the Fiscal Year financial targets by coordinating all opportunities with capabilities and schedules. This includes developing new business opportunities, maintaining customer contacts and growing the business in line with growth plans, in the Oil and Gas sector.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
--- Works closely with the Sales and Tendering teams, Houston Operations, and Senior Sales Manager to support the strategies and business objectives for both the regional and product line responsibilities of the role.--- Develops and expands opportunity by driving new businesses in both Service, Rental and Product areas while maintaining and supporting existing accounts--- Manages the quote process by working closely with the Tender Department regarding schedules, scopes etc., and ensuring technical input is aligned to customer expectations--- Works with both the customer and Operations team to provide quote specifications and detailed work scopes while managing commercial aspects including Terms & Conditions and risk management reviews--- Ensures that quotes are submitted with appropriate service Operations Managers identified during scope execution--- Produces reports accurately and timely as needed or instructed in compliance with Company or client requests--- Supports the development of budgets and provides regular forecast updates--- Supports the development and delivery of monthly reports and key performance indicators--- Works closely with the Company Product Sales Group to ensure customer engagement is transparent while using the interface to establish new business opportunities--- Complies with the company's health and safety policy. Ensures that all work completed is carried out with safety as a priority.--- Supports Company's initiatives to gain and retain ISO 9001 & 14001 and OSHAs 18001 accreditations. Ensures staff is aware of these Standards and operates to them.--- Performs other duties as assigned
