With our combined resources CommonSpirit is committed to building healthy communities advocating for those who are poor and vulnerable and innovating how and where healing can happen both inside our hospitals and out in the community.ResponsibilitiesJob Summary / PurposeThe Division Director of Talent Acquisition drives a talent acquisition team to implement recruitment initiatives delivering robust candidate pipelines that will enable the Division and organization to reach their business objectives. Scope of practice may vary in the number of facilities, headcount, and geographic locations.Essential Key Job Responsibilities

  • Proven track record managing senior executive relationships and ability to consult and influence stakeholders across functional and organizational lines. Strategic thinking, able to participate and influence business planning, leading development of competitive strategies.
  • Track record of successful recruiting at all levels, including direct sourcing of candidates for complex hard to fill jobs. Routinely applies a "quality-filter" to hiring decisions to ensure CommonSpirit Health secures the best available talent.
  • Provides senior leadership with required data and analysis of recruiting analytics in order to assess current/ongoing needs and assist in predicting future workforce needs, successes and challenges including workforce and diversity strategies as well as competitive intelligence.
  • Provides consultative service and ongoing analysis to senior leadership of existing regional recruitment regions. Uses and manages innovative and/or creative approaches to address staffing challenges that distinguishes the organization in the marketplace.
  • Effectively, consistently and timely manages TA team performance including team structure, assignments/organization and department goals, discipline and development while modeling behavior and support of organization policies, procedures, standards of conduct, mission, and vision and core values.
  • Ensures accessibility and competence related to all programs and technological resources of TA team.
  • Leads partnership of TA team with HR to collaboratively support recruitment/retention goals and workforce development needs including inclusion and diversity while engaging resources such as the National Workforce Development Team.
  • Assists in training, mentoring and development of staff as necessary.
  • Participates in planning, oversight and management of Division/TA COE recruitment budget allocations as assigned.
  • Champions organization, Division recruitment initiatives, programs and processes/technologies.
  • Demonstrates working knowledge of all recruitment processes areas including a working knowledge of the ATS, social media, sourcing tools, and employment law (e.g. EEO, ADA, FMLA, etc.).
  • Maintains current knowledge of organization/department, State, Federal, and accreditation regulatory compliance for all assigned areas of responsibilities and acts as subject matter expert as required.
  • Continually monitors for and provide input as appropriate where process improvement opportunities exist.
  • Continually monitors for opportunities to mitigate risk to the organization and support a safe work environment, reporting any concerns in a timely manner.QualificationsMinimum QualificationExperienceRequired Education and Experience - - - - - - - - - Bachelor's Degree and ten (10) years of relevant experience or combination of education and/or relevant experience that demonstrates the required knowledge skills and abilities outlined in the job description. - - - - - - - - - - Minimum of five (5) years progressively responsible experience in recruitment. - - - - - - - - - - Three (3) years of demonstrated leadership experience that includes mentoring others, being regarded as a TA subject matter expert and/or leading recruitment initiatives.EducationBachelor's degree and/or (10 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree)Special SkillsKnowledge of applicable employment laws, policies, techniques; high degree of integrity and ability to exercise discretion.#LI-DH
