This role will work with engagement teams to schedule IT risk assessment and valuation requests to ensure requests are timely made and completed properly.
Responsibilities include:

  • Effectively manage requests for Information Technology and Valuation considerations. This includes monitoring the IT RAS and valuation logs (DASH portal), understanding skillsets of the reviewers in order to appropriately assign reviewers, and communicating with stakeholders (audit teams, valuation specialists, IT specialists, and the Professional Practice Group).
  • Work with the IT risk assessment and valuation team members to develop efficiencies within the scheduling process. Gather feedback from stakeholders and play a role in the implementation of said feedback.
  • Develop an understanding of DASH and the firm's valuation and information technology policies and protocols. Utilize this skillset to preliminarily filter out requests with issues that should go back to the audit teams before being assigned and reviewed by a specialist and/or that don't require a specialist.
  • Meet with Enterprise Technology periodically to discuss future updates to the DASH portal and submission and scheduling processes. Assist with communications and training materials related to these topics each year.Qualifications:Qualifications:
    • Minimum of 3+ year(s) required in related field
    • Bachelor Degree required / CPA Certificates (List) - preferred
    • Project management and planning skills in order to effectively plan and execute requests
    • Articulate, analytical (with attention to detail), and a self-starter with strong follow through
    • Effective communication skills as this role requires communication with a variety of partners and engagement teams
    • Ability to function autonomously and possess the ability to learn and apply new knowledge to assignments
    • Be able to effectively apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills
