Responsible for working closely with the global leadership team across functions and operations to implement processes that support financial planning, performance management and decision making. Responsible for monthly/quarterly/annual global forecasting and budgeting processes.

  • Develop and implement strategic and financial planning processes, such as forecasting, budgeting and internal performance and key performance indicator (KPI) reporting.
  • Identify, champion and Implement/Support technology upgrades, where required, to improve efficiency and performance of reporting and planning processes
  • Lead administration of 'CXO' reporting tool, incl: creating/reviewing standard reports and increasing adoption.
  • Maintain Corporate Model, documenting growth drivers, consolidating field assumptions and corporate modelling for multi-year view of key metrics for total enterprise
  • Collaborate with senior executives to develop and drive alignment on KPIs to measure business results and periodically evaluate the health and performance of the business operations.
  • Prepare monthly/quarterly management reporting and dashboards for senior executives and Board of Directors; analyze financial results, evaluating and assessing key trends, operating performance and business risk.
  • Additionally, you will also partner across other finance functions and executive leadership to aid with other ad hoc projects that may arise.

    • Strong modelling skills
    • Working knowledge of financial markets and corporate finance concepts
    • Strong leadership and managerial skills
    • High integrity - commitment to ethics & Code of Conduct
    • Detail oriented
    • Excellent written and verbal skills communication skills essential
    • Strong knowledge of reporting tools/systems and BI applications


      • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA (or equivalent) and/or MBA preferred
      • 10+ years relevant experience.
