*Regional Sales Manager*

Greif-Velox is looking for a highly motivated regional sales manager for our southern sales region (Texas, Kentucky, Alabama and Louisiana). You will be responsible for managing all sales activities in the territory to the achieve the company's sales goals. If you have a successful track record in technical sales (bulk material handling, packaging equipment, liquid filling systems) in Texas and surrounding states, possess a high technical aptitude with an understanding of commercial terms we would like to hear from you!

*Your goals and responsibilities*

- Grow order entry and sales within the sales territory

o Collect market data, develop and implement a regional sales plans

o Schedule visits to potential customers and build lasting relationships with existing customers through regular on-site visits and communication

o Analyse customer RFQs and organize external and internal information to ensure the availability of all data to generate qualified quotations

o Prepare technical and commercial quotations

o Negotiate customer contracts

o Participate in conferences and tradeshows

- Ensure highest levels of customer satisfaction

o Understand technical and commercial customer requirements

o Develop best in class customer solutions together with Greif-Velox's application engineering and service organization

o Operate within agreed timelines and budgets

*Your profile*

- Bachelor's Degree in packaging technology, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or comparable

- 5 years B2B sales experience of technical advanced products/systems

- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

- Strong value selling skills

- Strong customer orientation

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to travel extensively

- The position is home office-based

- We are looking for an individual living in the Houston, Texas area
