Inframark, LLC, the go to partner for Water and Wastewater Infrastructure Operations, has an exciting new opportunity for an operational leader in our recently formed Automation & Intelligence Division. With brands such as MR Systems, Custom Controls Unlimited, InstruLogic and BLTI included, we bring a wealth of expertise and a wide array of products and services to the process control and automation side of the water and wastewater industry. The Regional Vice President, Operations is responsible for the efficient and effective operations of an Inframark Automation and Intelligence Division Regional Office and its associated geographic territory. The Regional Vice President, Operations is also responsible, along with the Regional Sales Manager(s), for nurturing all municipal and industrial clients in the assigned geographic territory including all of Inframark's municipal and industrial clients. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESFormulates goals, strategies, policies and SOPs for overall operation of the regional office and implements/directs their execution. Ensures compliance with all Federal, State, local, and environmental regulations. Promotes and maintains a safe working environment.Ensures delivery of all work and services to comply with contractual obligations while meeting/exceeding defined financial, operational, maintenance, billing and customer expectations. Ensures compliance with enterprise risk management and governance programs as applicable.Manages his/her team in all aspects of people management including hiring, orientation/on-boarding, performance management, salary changes, promotions, training and development, transfers and terminations (in conjunction with Inframark's Human Resources Department). Monitors and reviews staffs' work and coaches employees to achieve and exceed optimum performance levels.Works with A&I Division Sales group to achieve growth targets through the management of new business development activities (including pursuit of Enhanced Service & Maintenance Contract opportunities) and associated contract negotiations.Assists A&I Sales Department in developing effective account management strategies to ensure client satisfaction and retention throughout the region.Develops, executes, monitors and manages operating budget, forecast and five-year plan. Responsible for delivering financial targets while achieving regional objectives for growth, profitability, customer loyalty, and employee performance and engagement. Delivers year-over-year, top-line revenue growth and improved operating margins.Defines operational performance metrics. Measures and manages performance tied to Inframark's business objectives.Other duties may be assigned within management's discretion. EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLSEducation/Experience: BS/MS in Engineering is preferred. 15+ years of experience in a related industry. 10+ years of progressive management experience.Licenses/Certifications: Valid Driver's License. Registration as a Professional Engineer is preferred. An advanced Water and/or Wastewater license is commendable.Technical: Experience in instrumentation, controls, and SCADA systems for municipal water/wastewater treatment facilities, distribution/collection systems, engineering, operations and maintenance, and customer service. Demonstrated experience in large, multi-unit business operations with P& L accountability is desirable.Communication: Communicates clearly & professionally.
