West Oaks Hospital is seeking a dynamic and talented Chief Nursing
Officer to join our team of compassionate, dedicated professionals.
The Chief Nursing Officer will oversee the overall quality of the
nursing care delivered in the facility through planning,
coordination, implementation and evaluation of delivery systems.
The Chief Nursing Officer will also ensure compliance with

- Education Required: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
through MSN Program.
- Licensure and certification Required: Current Texas State
Registered Nurse licensure. CPR and hospital de-escalation
- Experience Required: Seven years of post-master's experience in
psychiatric setting or related field; and 3 years of management
