Job Descriptions:POSITION SUMMARYResponsible for the overall
performance of Sales within a specific geography. Charged with
implementing sales development programs, both short and long-range,
targeted toward existing and new markets in line with company goals
and objectives by performing the following duties personally or

- Develops sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate
objectives for products and services and implements strategic
marketing and sales plans.
- Acts as the primary Coach and Mentor, in person, for
salespeople in the territory.
- Ensures all opportunities in the territory are in the Customer
Relationship Management (CRM) tool and up to date.
- Provides frequent gap analysis and corrective action for field
sales activity against company KPIs.
- Develops and manages sales operating budgets.
- Analyzes and controls expenditures of the department to conform
to budgetary requirements.
- Assists Marketing with planning advertising and promotion
activities, including print, online, electronic media, and direct
mail.
- Recommends product positioning, packaging, and pricing strategy
to Marketing and Engineering to produce the highest possible
long-term market share.
- Evaluates market research and adjust sales strategy to meet
changing market and competitive conditions.
- Monitors competitor products, sales, and marketing
activities.
- Directs sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals
accordingly.
- Directs staffing, training, and performance evaluations to
develop and control sales programs.
- Coordinates sales distribution by establishing sales
territories, quotas, and goals.
- Represents the company at trade association meetings to promote
products.
- Meets with key clients, assisting sales representatives with
maintaining relationships, negotiating, and closing deals.
- Acts as liaison between the sales department and other
sales-related units.
- Prepares periodic sales reports showing sales volume, potential
sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
- Reviews and analyzes sales performances against program quotes
and plans to determine effectiveness.
- Manages and directs subordinate employees. Is responsible for
the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of employees.
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the
organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities
include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning,
assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding
and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving

college), Field of Study: Engineering or Business preferred
Experience: 10-plus years of experience in sales and marketing.
Five plus years of related experience with progressive managerial
