The ideal candidate will be trusted to dive right in, take the lead, use initiative, and help build brands. They will be highly skilled at sales and business operations, this person will join and inspire a team of like-minded go-getters to achieve our company vision.Key ResponsibilitiesPlay an integral role in cultivating new leads and strategic partnerships to drive advanced automation market opportunitiesPlan and coordinate necessary actions/strategy to penetrate new markets in advanced automationDevelop and deliver Solutions based on Automation technology products, solutions, and services suitableWork cross-functionally with R&D, Product and Engineering leaders to understand business priorities and product roadmaps and execute on the strategy by working with key customers and partners.Develop suitable Sales Account Plan and Go-to-Market strategiesExamines risks and potential for business opportunitiesRecruit potential customers for VOCs and help conduct VOC trialsSuccessfully grow orders and sales, influence specifications, and support pipeline development effortsBe accountable for meeting or exceeding the orders, sales, and margin targetsShape and Deliver Value-Added propositions to customers and key accountsProvide technical expertise during customer presentations, demonstrations, evaluations, and testingBe an essential link between customers and marketing, engineering, and product development teamsDevelop and cultivate long-term relationships at all levels of customer organizationsProvide market dynamics input, such as competitive intelligence and industry trends to the Marketing and technology teamParticipate and contribute to industry guides, conferences, and standardsYou Must HaveExperience in at least of the following domain: supply chain management, warehouse & distribution, or warehouse automation and robotics10+ years experience in sales and business development including setting up frameworks and partnership modelsExcellent communication, presentation, and industry networking skillsTrack record of presenting and discussing strategic topics to customers and executivesBachelor's Degree or equivalentWe Value15+ years experiences in sales or business development preferably across hardware, software, and services5+ years of sales or BD experience across robotics, warehouse automation3+ years project development and management strong business acumen with a results-driven mindsetExisting relationships with key customersActive member with local and national relevant associationsMotivated, self-directed, and confident member who can thrive in a dynamic environmentAn ability to negotiate and influence with (customers, management, Sr. leaders)An ability to lead through complexity and changeUnderstanding & passion for of the supply chain automation and/or robotics spaceMBAHoneywell is an equal opportunity employer.
