Asset Management, Sr Analyst, reporting to the Head of Asset
Management for Repsol Renewables North America.The Sr Analyst will
support the financial and commercial management of Repsol Renewable
North America utility-scale battery, wind and solar power projects
located in ERCOT. The right candidate will support strategic
initiatives in ERCOT that strengthen Repsol's internal project
execution model and support a high growth portfolio. This role
works closely with Business Development, Origination, Construction,
Performance Management, and Operations teams, will build trusted
relationships with financial partners, and provide coaching and
mentoring to staff members.Company Profile: In 2021, Repsol
expanded its renewables operations to the US through a 40%
acquisition of a large U.S.-based PV solar and battery storage
project developer. Repsol Renewables North America has an

Location: In office 3 days per week, telework 2 days. 2 office
locations offered, Downtown Houston and The Woodlands, TX.Reporting
to the Head of Asset Management of Renewables North America, the Sr
Analyst will support the financial and commercial management of
Repsol Renewable North America utility-scale battery, wind and
solar power projects located in ERCOT. The right candidate will
support strategic initiatives in ERCOT that strengthen Repsol's
internal project execution model and support a high growth
portfolio. This role works closely with Business Development,
Origination, Construction, Performance Management, and Operations
teams, will build trusted relationships with financial partners,
and provide coaching and mentoring to staff
members.Responsibilities & Key ResultsSupportthe management of P& L
and cash positions, ensuring that project budgets are developed
with prudent assumptions for revenues, expenses, and capital
expenditures.Advance strategies to improve operational and
financial performance, mitigate risks, and protect long-term
value.Interact with teams to respond to regulatory, policy or
market changes that would adversely impact project
economics.Collaborate with internal teams to support optimization
and performance improvement, warranty claims, insurance claims, and
revenue recovery.Support staff responsible for compliance with
project and partnership agreements, ensuring that all obligations
and interests are successfully administered within Asset Management
or other teams.Establish trusted relationships with landowners,
customers, partners or joint asset owners and regulatory
agencies.Oversee commercial issues and associated strategies to
resolution with counterparties.Develop and execute best practices
and procedures for project commercial readiness and integration
into Repsol's mid and back-office functions.Strengthen internal
project execution model from early M& A and development
stagesthrough year 1 performance.Cultivate an inclusive and
empowered culture within the Asset Management team.Build trusted
relationships with peers to improve coordination, communication,
and teamwork.Demonstrate commitment to professional and leadership

analyze and identify obligations and risk.Proficiency with
Microsoft Office products including Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI,
and Word.Required QualificationsMust be authorized to work in the
USA, full-time for any employer, without the need for future
sponsorship.Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Business,
Economics, or related field.MBA highly desirable.3+ years of energy
industry experience in a project development, project
administration, project management, asset management, contract
administration, deal execution, project finance or other commercial
role.3+ years of ERCOT asset management experience with a strong
fundamental knowledge of ERCOT's market rules and systems for
energy offers, outage reporting, congestion management, and
REC's.Prior experience establishing processes and systems to
support high growth activities.Experience working in renewable
energy industry is required.Understanding of renewable financial
models and the full capital stack (tax equity, debt, and cash
equity).Experience working in renewable energy industry is
preferred.Behavioral RequirementsGood organizational and
