compliance, financial reporting and technical aspects of employee
benefit plans and compensation arrangements in either a major
law-firm, consulting or corporate environment with areas of focus
to include a combination of any of the following:
- Possessing knowledge of broad-based Total Rewards, Compensation
and Benefits including, qualified and non-qualified retirement
plans, executive compensation and health and welfare
arrangements;
- Possessing knowledge of tax implications of employee benefit
programs;
- Possessing knowledge of employment tax requirements;
- Possessing knowledge of Equity/Stock based compensation;
- Possessing knowledge of Talent/Job architecture and salary
structure; and,
- Possessing knowledge of compensation tax, policy research,
