Job Description:
Product Management team with the commercial Strategies and
programs related to their product lines to grow the install base.
The APM will support the PM in the ownership of the Product
Strategy and the Multi-Generation Product Plans and support the
long-term revenue growth. The APM will take a larger leadership
role in the short-term revenue growth with mentorship of the
PM.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Support the Product Manager with the execution of their Product
growth and competitive Strategies globally.
- Creating or working with Product Managers, Product Specialist
or other senior technical people in the organization to generate
content for the products, to support the sales and operation of
those products like:
- Training slides for Products to help Sales for market
positioning and value propositions
- Cutsheets and fact sheets to summarize technical details and
basic operating conditions
- Drawings of the products, work with Technology department to
have CAD drawings suitable to share with customers
- Develop the Product manuals that detail on the technical
details and all possible operating conditions with cleaning methods
and installation suggestions for the products
- Work with Product Manager to develop costing and pricing for
NPI's as well as maintaining same for exiting products
- Managing, updating, and tracking of content for the products
including publishing and communicating to the greater
organization
- Pricing validity analysis in SAP. Working with Data analyst to
review the Sales and Revenue generated to assistant in short term
business planning and factory loading
- Working with Projects and Services on profitability of specific
deals, analyzing regionally the profitability of the Product
line
- Supporting Pricing Role and Operations Role details deal to
deal on pricing and delivery on Products and including Parts for
assemblies and repair kits. Working in SAP to align SKU's, costs
and Pricing
- Selective customer visits and events attended by customers to
help understand the VOC and market needs. Learning and mentoring
opportunities will be provided by senior staff.
- Maintaining Tools that support the sales enablement effort for
the products such as costing tools, design tools, reference list
and others. Developing strategy for the Tools with the PM and
creating the documentation outlining the major changes or creation
of new tools for the Digital teams to develop for the
organization.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in Water/Wastewater
Treatment field
- Preference to graduates of a bachelors degree in a related
field
- Strong focus on customer relationships (both external and
internal customers). Understands balance between customer and SUEZ
teams.
- Preference to Zeeweed product knowledge including the
application and processes
- Preference to Biological water treatment knowledge with MBR and
other wastewater technologies
- Preference to water process knowledge, chemical process for
enhanced coagulation and chemical process used in water and
drinking water process. Working knowledge of solids separation,
settling and other physical process employed in Water and drinking
water treatments.
- Work independently, establishing one's own outcomes and
reporting our results to the leadership team on
accomplishments.
- Proficient in Google Suites
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to Travel 15 to 25% of the time.
Desired Characteristics:
- Experience in Commissioning, Construction or servicing
equipment in the field
- Bachelor's Degree in engineering or Equivalent from an
accredited University or College.
- Mechanical experience and know-how (hands on, reading and
interpreting drawings, etc.), particularly with water treatment
equipment (pumps, valves, instrumentation, relief valves,
regulators, pneumatic systems, etc.)
- Electrical experience and know-how (hands on, reading and
interpreting drawings, etc.), particularly with electrical panels
and water treatment equipment.
- Familiarity with SAP and Salesforce
- Ability to plan multiple priorities and focus on the most
important ones.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new problems, clients, and
situations.
- Ability to make timely and best decisions without all the
information.
