currently seeking a Manager, Processing Team to join our team. .
Summary Manages individual staff members responsible for Retirement
Services Daily processing review and timely posting of all
transactions including, contributions, disbursements, investment
transfers, income allocations and QDRO orders; maintenance of all
participant loans; deconversion, freeze and termination of clients
plans according to their plan documents and amendments. Manages the
recordkeeping and administration of all 401(k) plans administered
by Insperity Retirement Services in accordance with business
objectives. Responsible for inquiry calls from clients and
participants concerning operational issues, as well as providing
information and assistance to other areas of the company
Responsibilities: Under limited supervision and much
decision-making:
- Manages individual staff members responsible for Retirement
Services Daily processing tasks:
- Review and timely posting of all transactions including,
contributions, disbursements, investment transfers, income
allocations and QDRO orders.
- Maintenance of all participant loans.
- Deconversion, freeze and termination of clients' plans
according to their plan documents and amendments.
- Handling of all participant paperwork including incoming checks
for rollover and loan payoff.
- Primary support and user of the OmniPlus application, including
release testing.
- Review of quarterly participant statements.
- Research and correction of participant-level discrepancies and
issues.
- Manages the recordkeeping and administration of all 401(k)
plans administered by Insperity Retirement Services in accordance
with business objectives.
- Responsible for inquiry calls from clients and participants
concerning operational issues, as well as providing information and
assistance to other areas of the company.
- Applies a working knowledge of ERISA, the Internal Revenue Code
and applicable regulatory guidelines in the daily management of the
recordkeeping system.
- Participates in support services area management team,
including efforts to effectively manage the department in
accordance with business objectives.
- Coaches and trains staff in job-related matters.
- Assists in the accomplishment of Insperity Company goals.
- Helps other employees to accomplish Insperity Company
goals.
- Performs other duties as may be assigned by department
supervisor.
- Participates in the Disaster Recovery plan as required.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Bachelors Degree
in a related field or equivalent experience is preferred.
- Five or more years of related experience is required.
Knowledge/ Skills
- Communicates tactfully and effectively, orally and in writing,
and maintains effective work relations with those encountered in
the course of employment
- Familiar with modern office methods, practices, procedures and
equipment, as well as filing systems and business letter writing.
Proficient in correct English usage, grammar, spelling,
punctuation, and arithmetic.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office Products, specifically Outlook,
MS Word, Excel, and Access.
- Thorough understanding of qualified plans, including ERISA, the
Internal Revenue Code, and relevant regulations. Relevant
professional designations (e.g., CPC, QPA, QKA, CEBS, CPA, APA)
preferred.
- Organizational and planning skills and attention to detail a
must.
- Flexibility, adaptability, and ability to multi-task are
essential.
- Successful management or leadership experience required. At
