About Us:Identity Automation is a Houston, Texas-based software company that provides identity, data, and configuration management products and solutions to government, education, and commercial customers across the United States. - Identity Automation offers competitive base salary and benefits programs and incentive compensation for eligible employees.About the Role:The Channel Manager will be responsible for the growth and success of Identity Automation's channel partnerships and the programs that support those relationships. The Channel Manager will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product Management to enable IA account executives to engage indirect agents, build pipelines and improve the sales process.Responsibilities:

Implement and drive channel marketing activities, programs, and channel sales collateral to drive partners' adoption of strategic solution offerings and channel revenue goalsDevelop and execute marketing initiatives to recruit as well as enable new and existing - partnersExecute end-to-end, integrated demand generation programs with strategic channel partnersServe as an advisor to key stakeholders to assist the development of business objectives and marketing plans to open up new opportunities for our partners. -Qualifications:
7+ years of relevant working experienceExperience developing and executing GTM plans and marketing activities with channel partners (resellers, service providers, and technology partners)Understanding and experience implementing a variety of marketing activities and tacticsExperience working with or managing influencer community is a plusDetail-oriented with excellent follow-through skillsExtremely organized with the ability to manage and complete projects/priorities with aggressive due datesExperience in using partner marketing automation platforms and Salesforce is a plusProficient understanding of Salesforce.comKnowledge of the IA sales cycle and how to handle objections and navigate unanticipated hurdles to help the sales team and partners achieve successBachelor's degree required (Business, Marketing, or Communications preferred)Travel up to 40%Location - FlexiblePowered by JazzHR
