Job Description:

We are a rapidly growing software company, looking for a dynamic and innovative Chief Marketing Officer to join our team. As the CMO, you will be responsible for developing and executing our marketing strategy to drive growth and revenue. You will lead our marketing team, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve company goals.
LOCATION IS FLEXIBLE. ANYWHERE WITHIN USA & CANADA WILL BE CONSIDERED.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive growth and revenue.
• Develop and execute campaigns across multiple channels (digital, social media, email, events, PR, etc.) to reach target audiences.
• Lead a high-performing marketing team, ensuring they are aligned and motivated to achieve company goals.
• Analyze and report on marketing campaigns, identifying areas of improvement and making recommendations to optimize results.
• Work closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure marketing activities are aligned with business objectives.
• Monitor market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and threats.
  Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field, Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive growth and revenue.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience managing and motivating high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience in the software industry is preferred, but not required.
