Job Description:

Job Title: Civil/Site Project Manager Location: Houston, TX (On-site) One of our clients in Houston is looking for a Project Manager. This candidate must have good knowledge of all aspects of Civil Site development, including site design, stormwater management, utility design, cost estimating, site construction, etc.

In-depth knowledge of the regulatory permitting process for the region
Ability to manage Staff.
Experience with preparing proposals, developing budgets, tracking budgets, and the associated financial management skills necessary to run a team and monitor the performance of the business.
